At the core of the product is a single participant record that integrates every medical interaction: real-time interactions, health indicators, personalized questionnaires, care lines, inter-consultations, and medical history — plus health certificates, referrals, medication and exam prescriptions, care plans, and therapeutic itineraries. All fully integrated, with immediate communication between doctor and patient during remote care.

The infrastructure runs on Amazon AWS, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable platform — able to grow with demand without losing performance, protected by AWS WAF and Akamai’s security perimeter, with integration to Business Intelligence tools for data-driven decisions.

Audio and video, schedule management, integrated chat, and real-time file exchange come together in a single platform — with prescriptions and documents sent instantly to the patient’s email, ensuring efficient communication throughout the visit.

The team worked closely with technical staff and end users — doctors, nurses, and administrative teams — to design screens that reduced clicks and errors during critical moments of care.
